- Adds a 25% chance to refund ammo when a shot misses.

Dawn of the Gundead - If the player also has Gunslinger's Ashes, Shellegun, Skull Spitter, Fossilized Gun, or VertebraeK-47, the chance to refund ammo for those guns is doubled.- Electron Pack - If the player also has the Proton Backpack, kills with the Proton Backpack spawn Gunslinger's Ashes ghosts that attack enemies.
- Missed Roll Bombs and shots from Super Space Turtle or Baby Good Mimic can trigger Zombie Bullets and refill ammo for the player's currently held gun.
- If the player also has Bumbullets, Bees generated trigger the 25% chance to refund missed shots constantly, effectively allowing players to fully regenerate infinite ammo for any charged weapons in their possession, i.e.Railgun, Sunlight Javelin, Black Hole Gun, etc., though this effect is rather slow.
- If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, increases the chance of the effect and allows more ammo to be refunded when shots miss.
