, with a minimum multiplier of 1.125 and a maximum multiplier of 1.75. - Damage at long range is half the damage at close range - for example, if a gun deals 175% of its original damage at close range, it will deal 87.5% damage at long range.
- Any gun with 22 range or higher will have the maximum damage increase of 75%.
- Any gun with 7 range or lower will have the minimum damage increase of 12.5%.
- The damage multiplier at close range is equal to
- Thrown guns will also increase in size and remain large after being picked up.
- If the player also has Fat Bullets, bullets will become extremely large. Upon firing, they may make contact with a wall and disappear instantly.
- Bullets with the Stout Bullets effect that are captured by Gunjurers return to normal size before being fired back.
- Beam weapons will not decrease in power when further away.
- If duplicates of this item are somehow obtained, increases the damage and bullet size at close range but decreases the damage and bullet size at further ranges.
- Multiple Stout Bullets causes bullets traveling at long ranges to be even smaller than usual, technically the only item that can create tiny bullets.
Trivia[]
- The unlock flag in the game's code that determines whether or not Stout Bullets has been unlocked is humorously called
BLUEPRINTBEETLE_STOUTIES
. - The synergy Dwarven Stout is a reference to an identically named item in RuneScape.
- The synergy Massive Effect could be a reference to the game "Mass Effect".
