Shades's Revolver is a gun. It increases Coolness by 3, decreasing the cooldown of active items and increasing the chance of items dropping upon clearing a room.

Trigger Twins - If the player also has Smiley's Revolver, ammo capacity is doubled and magazine size is increased by 50% for all guns, and the two guns will be dual wielded.
- While Lich's Eye Bullets doesn't give the dual wielding portion of the synergy, it will give the 2x ammo capacity and 50% magazine size increase.
- Since both Smiley's Revolver and Shades's Revolver are in the PISTOL gun class, having one makes finding the other less likely — and therefore slightly decreases the chances of obtaining the Trigger Twins synergy.
