Redder Guon Stone - If the player also has +1 Bullets, Ring of Fire Resistance, or Amulet of the Pit Lord, the Guon Stone's size is increased, it rotates at a fixed distance from the player while they are moving instead of on a slight delay, and the player gains a yellow glow and stat increase similar to that of the Macho Brace for a short time whenever the Guon Stone blocks a bullet.- Tile Match - If the player also has Tetrominator, whenever the player shoots, Red Guon Stone will occasionally shoot a Z Tetromino.
- For the purposes of Really Special Lute, Red Guon Stone counts as a companion.
