Trivia[ | ]

  • Just like how Tonic is a reference to Sonic the Hedgehog, Snails is a reference to Sonic's fox friend, Miles "Tails" Prower. Snails having two shells is a reference to how Tails has two tails which enable him to fly and keep up with Sonic.
    • Despite this, Snails' slow dialogue speed and absence from Enter the Gungeon indicate that he is roughly as slow as a snail in real life would be expected to be.
