Muzzle wisps are fiery enemies in Exit the Gungeon.

They float in the air, moving via darting quickly back and forth three times, before releasing a ring of bullet around themselves.

Like all flying enemies in Exit the Gungeon, Muzzle Wisps will be rendered incapable of flight when frozen.
