Gunzookies release bubbles that slowly float towards the player and pop upon hitting an obstacle or being shot. Upon popping, the bubbles release bullets that predict the player's movements.

Gunzockies behave like Gunzookies, but release four bubbles at a time. These bubbles start out by travelling outwards in all 4 directions, then slowly float towards the player.

- These monsters are implied to be the spawn of the High Dragun, according to their ammonomicon entry.
- The designs of Gunzookie & Gunzockie are based of off the main characters from the Bubble Bobble series, the bubble dragons.
- The monsters' names are a reference to Godzooky, a juvenile kaiju who is the supposed nephew of Godzilla.
- Gunzookie’s bubbles are safest to destroy with Blasphemy, as it can pop the bubble and destroy the bullet within simultaneously.
