	Beholster's Belt	Active	Belt of Many Guns		10 seconds	300	Pulls 6 random guns from the player's inventory and sends them into orbit around the player for a brief period of time. Unfortunately, it does not work with beam weapons.
	Bleaker	Passive	Flask Bullets		-	-	Grants immunity to status effects and makes enemies spill a random goop upon death. Standing in a goop now boosts a certain stat, depending on the goop. Standing in fire boosts damage by 50%, standing in poison halves reload time, standing in water boosts rate of fire by 50%, standing in blood goop spawned by enemies like Blobulon adds piercing and homing to the player's bullets, and standing in cheese halves enemy bullet speed.

	Cape of the Resourceful Rat	Active	Caped Bullet Defender		-	300	On use, chooses one out of 3 of the Resourceful Rat's attacks to execute. The item can execute one of these attacks: 1. The player shoots a formation of bullets that resembles a crosshair. 2. The player shoots numerous amount of hostile cheese projectiles around them. 3. The player spawns a swarm of charmed Rat Spents.
	Carrot	Passive	Mom was right!		-	-	Increases range of sight (camera zooms out a little bit), damage by 10%, projectile speed by 33%, and projectile range by 33%. Eat Your Veggies - With Broccoli, the damage boost is raised to 33%.
	Catcher's Mitts	Passive	Grab 'Em While They're Hot!		-	-	Allows the player to Press E or the interact button to catch nearby enemy bullets. Doing so has a chance to relplenish 1 ammo into the player's current gun.
	Chamber of Frogs	Passive	Ribbit!		-	-	Bullets have a chance to shoot out a tongue that snatches enemies and stuns them.
	Cheese Ammolet	Passive	Blanks Encheese		-	-	Blanks have a high chance (67%) to encheese each enemy in the room. Also increases the amount of blanks-per-floor by 1. Dangerously Cheesy - With Elimentaler, the chance to encheese enemies is guaranteed rather than 2 times out of 3.
	Distribullets	Passive	a(b + c) = ab + ac		-	-	Each shot's damage is distributed evenly to every enemy in the room. Also increases damage, rate of fire, reload speed, projectile, range, and accuracy all by 15%.
	Effigy Of Vengeance	Active	Kall of Kaliber		-	350	Summons one of kaliber's statues to aid you in battle.
	Fatal Optics	Active	Step right up.		6 seconds	500 seconds	While active, slows down time but prevents the player from moving or shooting. When the player presses the fire button, damage proportionate to the elapsed active time will be dealt to every enemy in a radius. Increases curse by 1.
	Fitted Tank Barrel	Passive	I'd Rather Naught		-	-	Each shot fired has a chance to shoot a special shot from the arsenal of the Treadnaught.
	Friendship Bracelet	Passive	Teamwork makes the dream work		-	-	Increases the player's damage stat by 20% for each companion owned. Power of Friendship - With Potion of Gun Friendship, Ring of Chest Friendship, Ring of Mimic Friendship, or Space Friend, the player's damage stat is increased by 40% per companion rather than 20%.
	Gatling Gullets	Passive	Rains From Above		-	-	Each hit on an enemy has a chance to summon 3 rockets from the sky to the enemy's position. These rockets can damage the player.
	Golden Criclet	Passive	NOT A Tiara		-	-	Each shot has a chance to summon a homing ring of bullets to take down your enemies.
	Gun Shredder	Active	Inshredible		-	1 second	Eats the user's current gun and gives a boost to their damage stat depending on the tier of the eaten gun. Shredding a tier gun increases damage by 5%, and each successive tier increases damage by an additional 5%, up to a 25% damage boost from shredding an tier gun.
	Gundromeda Pain	Passive	Some enemies weaker!		-	-	Every enemy's maximum health (and sprite size) is changed to a random value between 60 and 120 percent. This value is random for each enemy. No Pain, No Gain - With Gundromeda Strain, Gundromeda Pain's health reduction is always 75%, on top of Gundromeda Strain's.
	Gungeon Wind	Passive	Whispers one truth		-	-	Has a chance (67%) to reveal all rooms, including secret rooms, each floor. By Beholster Eye, Dragun Tooth - With Eye of the Beholster or Dragunfire, the chance to reveal rooms is guaranteed rather than 2 out of 3 times.
	Healthy Bullets	Passive	Eat Your Greens		-	-	Enemy bullets near the player have a chance to turn green. Touch these bullets to get a damage boost while at full health or a half-heart heal while not.
	Heroic Cape	Passive	You Saved Them All!		-	-	Boosts damage by 25%, fire rate by 25%, reload speed by 25%, movement speed, dodge roll speed, and dodge roll damage. Also grants contact damage immunity. Only obtainable by sparing 5 Red-Caped Bullet Kin in a single run with Tattered Cape equipped.
	Horn of the Dragun	Active	ROAR!		10 seconds	300	doubles damage and rate of fire, lowers accuracy, frightens nearby enemies, and sets them on fire upon use.
	Hungry Clips	Passive	Snappy Reload		-	-	Killing an enemy now refills the clip of the player's current gun (does not refund ammo). Slightly reduces reload time.
	Jammomancer's Hat	Passive	I want my hat back!		-	-	Spawns a friendly Jammomancer that increases damage by 20% and movement speed. Also applies a jammed shader to most of the player's bullets. Increases curse by 1.
	Lead Crown	Passive	Halls of the Usurper		-	-	Scares all enemies for a brief moment upon entering a room.
	Life Cube	Passive	All your soul are belong to us		-	-	Applies the Life Orb effect to all guns (reloading after killing an enemy does damage equal to half of the enemy's health to each enemy in the room). Increases curse by 1. Soulless - With Life Orb, reloading does damage equivalent to all of the killed enemy's health instead of half.
	Micro Enhancement	Active	Powered Up		10 seconds	400	Boosts damage dealt by companions by 400% while active. If the player does not have any companions, their own damage is boosted by 20% instead.
	Mimic Bullets	Passive	Shells of the Mimic Lord		-	-	You do 50% more damage, but your shots jam enemy bullets that pass through them.
	Overpill	Active	Activate Instant Kill		-	1 second	5 uses. On each use, permanently condenses the clip of the player's current weapon into 1 bullet. This bullet does as much damage as the entire clip would do normally, and the weapon's ammo is compressed to reflect the amount of shots the gun has after the item's use.
	Pendant of the First Order	Passive	Necklace of the True Gun		-	-	Reloading an empty clip fires a shot that aggressively homes in on enemies.
	Phase-Shifter Stopwatch	Active	Sneaky		10 seconds	200	Upon first use, a visual marker appears at the player's location. The second use will teleport the player to the marker, restoring any health lost before the teleportation. Can telefrag enemeies.
	Pilot's Guide to Pickpocketing	Active	Yoink!		-	-	While active, allows the player to sneak up on enemies and steal from them by pressing E or the interact button.
	Popcorn	Passive	Pop! Pop!		-	-	Each enemy killed adds a small chance (0.5%) for shots to fire 2 to 4 times the number of projectiles. Brrrrap! - With Melted Rock, the chance for shots to fire 2 to 4 times the number of projectiles is increased by 1% per enemy killed instead of 0.5%.
	Portable Sewer Grate	Active	He Vented!		4 seconds	150	Causes the player to seep into the ground, becoming invincible and having increased speed for a few seconds. Also shoots bullets upon seeping into the ground.
	Prismatic Guon Stone	Passive	First Prism		-	-	Press E or your interact button in combat to shoot a colorful, devastating laser from this guon stone. Prismatismer Guon Stone - Having +1 Bullets, Amulet of the Pit Lord, or Bullet Time causes the guon stone to shoot a rainbow-coloured laser that does more damage and has a much lower cooldown.
	Protractor	Passive	Choose The Right Angle		-	-	Changes each of the player's shots into two shots that fire in opposite directions, perpendicular to the player's cursor and increases damage by 50%.
	Repurposed Shell Casing	Passive	Reduce, Reload, Recycle		-	-	When the player overkills an enemy, the extra damage is added to the player's next shot. Can be triggered multiple times in a row.
	Rewind	Active	It's Rewind Time		-	500	Sends the user back to their previous room. Restores any health, armor, blanks, and ammo lost in the room before using the item. Master Rounds can be obtained again even if the player took damage before using the item.
	Shades's Shades	Active	Some Glasses		-	250	Spawns 2 friendly bullet kin upon use. Passively, it enrages the player multiplying their fire rate by two for a short period of time upon getting hit, and shoots bullets from the 8 cardinal directions upon dodge rolling.
	Shotgun Energy Drink	Active	Hyper Active		15 seconds	15 seconds	Boosts damage, rate of fire, reload speed, movement speed, and dodge roll speed by an increasing amount each time it is used. While not active, however, the player suffers a relapse and gets these stats decreased slightly. Sugar Breath - Having Shotga Cola or Shotgun Coffee gets rid of the relapse.
	Showoff Bullets	Passive	Look at me!		-	-	Adds bouncing, piercing, homing, and a faster projectile speed to the player's bullets, at the cost of 10% reduced damage. Radical! - Having Rad Gun or Sunglasses increases coolness by 3. Flashy - Having Camera increases damage by 10% instead of reducing damage by 10%.
	Smoking Skull	Active	Hold Of The Iron Ring		6 seconds	400	On use, chooses one of 3 of the Cannonbalrog's attacks to execute. Increases curse by 1. The item can execute one of these attacks: 1. The player shoots a spread of bullets towards the cursor. 2. The player shoots lines of bullets, which trajectory circles the player. 3. The player goes into stealth and shoots a line of 5 cannonballs 4 times.
	Spill-O' Jar	Active	The Underscorer_		-	50	3 uses. Upon use, spills goop in a line in front of the user. standing in the goop provides a damage boost.
	Suspicious Looking Bell	Active	Ding Dong		-	300	On use, chooses one of 4 of the Mine Flayer's attacks to execute.
	Targeting Specs	Active	Locked on and loaded		15 seconds	400	Applies super-homing and boosts damage by 30%, doubles rate of fire, boosts reload speed by 70%, adds 1 piercing, and increases projectile speed by 50% while active.
	Tattered Cape	Passive	Am I A Bullet?		-	-	Rooms now have a chance to spawn Red-Caped Bullet Kin. Sparing 5 of them in a single run will replace Tattered Cape with Heroic Cape in the player's inventory.
	Telegunesis	Active	Center of Attraction		6 seconds	250	Pulls enemies towards the player and slows down enemy bullets while active.
	Trick Shot	Passive	Total Mayhem		-	-	Adds 5 bounces and a bit of projectile speed to the player's shots. Decreases base damage slightly, but each bounce of a projectile increases its damage. Heart-Piercingly Cool - With Rad Gun, Ice Cube, Ballot, or Heart of Ice, the player's shots get 5 additional pierces.
	White Bullet Cell	Passive	Leuko-Sight		-	-	The more you kill an enemy, the more damage you will do to that specific type of enemy.
	Winchester's Hat	Passive	M'lady		-	-	Charms enemies in a radius upon active item use. Wincheese-ter! - Prize Pistol gains infinite ammo.
	Wow-Tastic Paintbrush	Active	Heavy Art-illery		-	1 second	When active, pressing and holding the shoot button will spawn a random goop (from poison, water, or fire) at the cursor's location.
