- Blanks have a chance to ignite enemies.
- Grants an additional Blank at the start of each floor.

Backdraft - If the player has Armor of Thorns, touching enemies sets them on fire.- Don't Worry About The Vase - If the player has The Kiln, destroying small breakable objects (vases, barrels, etc.) has a small chance to activate a blank effect.
- Firing With Flair - If the player has Flare Gun, the Flare Gun turns green and sets green fire, which leaves enemies permanently burning.
- Hot Ones - If the player has Hot Lead, the chance to shoot fire bullets is significantly increased.
- Phoenix Up - If the player has Phoenix, summons a phoenix companion that fires at enemies.
- Relodestar - If the player has Relodestone, after Relodestone's effect ends, all bullets absorbed during its use will be shot out in random directions, dealing damage to enemies.
- The blanks activated by Owl and Hoxton will also have a chance to ignite enemies.
Bugs[]
- If a large quantity of duplicates are somehow obtained (e.g. around 7 Copper Ammolets), saving and quitting to the next floor and continuing grants the player a far higher quantity of blanks than what the ammolets should give.
